
What is the Assertive Community Treatment Team?
The Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) provides support in the
community to people with a serious mental illness and complex needs.
A multi-disciplinary team of professionals offers clients intensive psychiatric,
rehabilitative and support services.
Who can benefit?
Women and men, 16 and over, with a serious mental illness and complex
service needs who have found it difficult to engage with other mental
health services are eligible for this program.

of medication
- Assistance and intervention
during crises
- Support with activities of
daily living
