Dual Diagnosis Day Program

What is the Dual Diagnosis
Day Program?

The Dual Diagnosis Day Program is a
one-year program that offers group
programming and case management to
individuals who have a dual diagnosis
(serious mental illness and
developmental disability).

Through the program, participants are
assisted in transitioning to long-term
supports in other Reconnect programs
or in other community-based programs.
The program is offered in partnership
with Griffin Centre and CORE.

Who can benefit?

Women and men, 16 and over, who have
a serious mental illness and a
developmental disability can benefit.
Individuals who are interested in group
participation and who are able to travel to
Reconnect’s main office (assistance is
provided to learn the route) are eligible
for this program.
