Reconnect works closely with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and our Local Health Integration Network. The majority of our programs are funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Programs that offer services to individuals with a dual diagnosis are provided in partnership and are funded by the Ministry of Community and Social Services. Reconnect also welcomes your donation. Reconnect provides some programs and services that are not funded by government. These specialized programs enhance the lives of our clients and meet needs which would otherwise remain unmet.
