What is the Mental Health & Justice
Housing Support Program?
The Mental Health & Justice Housing
Support Program provides permanent

part of a larger initiative administered by
four lead agencies: Loft, COTA Health,
Canadian Mental Health Association
Toronto Branch
and Houselink.
Reconnect and CMHA work in partnership to
provide housing support and
housing, respectively.
Who can benefit?
Men and women, 16 and over, who are
homeless, have a serious mental illness
and current involvement with the criminal
justice system are eligible.
