What is the Youth: Community Choices for Success (YCCS) Program?

Youth: Community Choices for Success (YCCS) offers group and individual support
to women and men age 18 to 30, to assist them in reaching their employment and
recovery goals. This comprehensive program is provided through a partnership
between Reconnect and JVS Toronto and is specifically geared to the needs of
those with a dual diagnosis (mental illness and developmental disability).

Who can benefit?

Men and women, 18 to 30, who have a serious mental illness,
a developmental disability and an interest in pursuing
employment are eligible for the program.
