The Adult Day Services program provides supervised social, recreational, and therapeutic programming for seniors and adults with disabilities who are unable to attend regular community activities because of physical and/or cognitive impairment, including dementia.

Our programs are open to anyone who meets our eligibility criteria, however if you require assistance to get to the program from our Transportation department, then you must live within our Transportation catchment area. We have three Adult Day Services locations:

Eglinton Site (Upstairs) - Open 8:00am-6:30pm Mon-Fri, 9:00am-4:00pm Sat, and closed Sun
Eglinton Site (Ground Floor) - Open 8:30am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri
Bloor Site - Open 9:00am-4:00pm, Mon-Fri

There is a fee for this service. Please see our price list or call 416-248-2050 x 8038 for more information on cost. Services can be provided in French and English.
