Reconnect provides 24-hour on-site personal care and light housekeeping services for seniors and adults with disabilities living in designated buildings in the west end of Toronto. Personal care can include things like help with bathing, dressing and toileting. Light housekeeping tasks can include things like sweeping, wiping surfaces, laundry and light meal preparation. To be eligible for service you must live at one of the buildings listed below:

- 855 Roselawn Ave
- 100 High Park Ave
- 130 Vaughan Rd
- 1775 Eglinton Ave W
- 515 Parkside Ave
- 1709 Bloor St W
- 1700 Bloor St W
Service can be free, based on an eligibility assessment, or hours can be purchased through the Home Help and Respite Care programs. Please contact the buildings directly to ask about residency applications. Services can be provided in French and English
