Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
The Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) skills group is a practical, short-term form of psychotherapy that focuses on how thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs affect one’s feelings and actions. CBT helps people develop skills and strategies that facilitate change around these three areas of self. This group takes place in-person over 12 weeks. It is typically most beneficial to clients with anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. It is open to youth, adults, and seniors.
To be eligible for this group an individual must:

- be at least 15 years of age
- be experiencing a serious mental health issue or be someone who's mental health is impacting their ability to manage their healthcare needs
