Psychotherapy with Teens

Course Outline

Teens have a reputation for being hard to engage in therapy—is this justified? In this three-hour session, we will explore how to build rapport with adolescents, optimize outcomes in individual therapy, and adapt approaches to their developing brains. We will also look ahead at the potential roles of chatbots, AI, and wearable technology in supporting therapy for young people.
