Sinai Health Psychiatric Emergency Department Partnership

Reconnect and the Sinai Health have partnered to provide quick and easy access to our mental health and addiction services in the community for patients at the sinai health psychiatric emergency department.

Eligibility Criteria

Patients must:

  • Be aged 15+ 
  • Have a residence.
  • Be willing to receive services from Reconnect Health Services.
  • Be in the catchment area : South of Eglinton Ave, North of Lake Ontario, West of Bayview Ave, East of the Humber River.
  • Be experiencing mental health and addictions issues.
